QUALITY CONTROL 

We have established a strict quality control system. Before shipping, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to check the quality of each doll, and ensure that its packaging has good privacy protection and logistics. This ensures that your doll is unlikely to have any damage or defects.

 

DAMAGES & WARRANTY 

Within 1 year of delivery of your product to your respective address, if the product is broken or damaged, you can contact us and we will send repair tools for free with instructions, so that you can repair it by yourself. Alternatively, you can send your doll directly to our warehouse where we can provide a free repair service for small problems – you will only be required to pay the delivery fees.

If your doll is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. For more information see our returns policy and shipping policy

We welcome any feedback that can help us work with our manufacturers to avoid these problems from happening again in the future.

 

HERE ARE SOME GUIDELINES FOR CARING OUR DOLLS.

USING ATTENTION
1.Avoid sharing your love dolls with other people, to prevent spreading of diseases.
2.Pay attention to clean vagina, anus and mouth after using.
3.We strongly recommend the use of water-based lubricant when you have sexual intercourse with your love doll.
4.Avoid leaving your dolls limbs up or open for long periods of time. The stress placed on the TPE could cause tearing.Always keep your love doll with arms to her sides and legs closed.
5.Avoid your love doll exposure to the sun for a long time as easy to cause TPE skin injury.
6.Avoid bathrooms/ garages or other storage areas that can become damp or prone to mold.

 CLEANING  SEX DOLL
1.Using antibacterial soap to clean vagina, anus and mouth for your love doll (Dolls should be cleaned monthly)
2.Remove the wig and clean this separately that wash with a mild shampoo and conditioner. Allow the wig dry, then comb softly.
3.Use a soft towel to gently dry after cleaning.
4.Allowed to air dry thoroughly.Do not use a hair dryer or other source of hot air to dry your doll.
Lightly dust your doll with Baby Powder after cleaning.

5.Take care when lifting your doll that it can be quite heavy.



 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE? 

Skin tone differences: Under normal circumstances, the skin tone on the computer screen will look slightly different from the skin tone you receive.

Doll skin get dyed: We generally recommend not to dress dark clothes for dolls to avoid dyeing. Due to the nature of the product, we DO NOT accept this reason for return or refund if the dolls get dyed by dark clothes. If the doll get dyed, you can use a color removal oil/cream to clean it.

Loose eyelashes: The doll’s face comes with protective goggles (sponge) to protect her eyes during shipping. If eyelashes do fall off over time, they can be re-attached.

Makeup differences: We have worked hard to recreate the makeup as used by the photographer in the photo. However, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. Each doll may differ slightly from the picture. In rare cases, you may not like it. If this is the case, you can remove the original makeup with makeup remover and replace it with your preferred makeup style as needed.

Finger and toe nails: During transportation or after you receive the package, the nails may become loose. We only use a small amount of glue to ensure that the buyer can remove the nails if they choose. If the nails fall off, just reattach them with glue.

Heating and groaning: Please ensure you use the heating and groaning option when you receive the doll. If you disconnect during use, we will not cover it. However, if you are willing to bear the cost of delivery, you can send it to our warehouse where we can repair it for free.
